Rare Earth Permanent Magnet

Rare earth permanent magnet material can be divided into the following three kinds according to the production process:

1. Permanent magnet-Bonded NdFeB

Bonded Ndfeb is a compound NdFeb permanent magnet made by compression, extrusion or injection moulding, which is evenly mixed with resin, plastic or low melting point metal powder. Product forming, without secondary processing, can be directly made into a variety of complex shapes. Bonded NdFeb are magnetic in all directions, and can be processed into NdFeb compression mould and injection mould. High precision, excellent magnetic properties, good corrosion resistance, and good temperature stability.

2. Permanent magnet-Sintered NdFeB

Sintered NdFeB permanent magnet is smelted after being pulverized by airflow. It has a high coercivity value and extremely high magnetic properties. Its maximum magnetic energy product (BHmax) is more than 10 times higher than Ferrite. Its mechanical properties are also quite good, can be cut processing of different shapes and drilled. The highest operating temperature of high-performance products can reach 200℃.

Because its substance content can easily lead to corrosion, different cladding processing must be done on the surface according to different requirements. (such as galvanized, nickel, environmental zinc, environmental nickel, nickel copper-nickel, environmental nickel copper-nickel, etc.). Very hard and brittle, high resistance to demagnetization, high cost/performance ratio, not suitable for high operating temperatures (>200℃).

3. Permanent magnet-Injection NdFeB

With high accuracy, it is easy to make thin wall rings or thin magnets with complex anisotropic shape
